About the Voice Recorder
grabadora-de-voz.com is a free, 100% online tool to record your voice right in the browser, with no apps to install and no account to create.
Our mission
We want to offer the simplest and most private way to record audio on the web. Whether it's a quick idea, a voice note, a music rehearsal, an interview or a reminder, you can do it in seconds from any device with a modern browser.
How it works
All recording happens inside your own browser, using standard web technologies (MediaRecorder and the Web Audio API). When you stop recording, the audio is saved locally on your device through IndexedDB, a database built into the browser itself.
This means your audio is not sent to any server: it stays only on your computer or phone. You can play, rename, download (including as MP3) and delete your recordings whenever you like.
Why choose our tool
- Real privacy: nothing leaves your device.
- Free: no cost, no sign-up and no usage limits.
- No installation: works right in the browser.
- Easy export: download your audio as MP3 or in its original format.
Who we are
We are an independent team of developers passionate about web tools that are useful, fast and respectful of people's privacy. The project is maintained continuously to improve the experience and compatibility with the latest browsers.
