By accessing and using the site grabadora-de-voz.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the Site.

These Terms govern the use of the Site and all of its features. By using the Voice Recorder, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the service

The Site offers a free audio recording tool that runs entirely in the user's browser. Recordings are processed and stored locally on the user's own device (via IndexedDB) and are not sent to our servers.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following is prohibited:

• Using the service to record people without their consent where the law requires it;
• Recording, distributing or storing illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties;
• Attempting to compromise the security, availability or operation of the Site;
• Using the service for any activity that violates applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for the content you record and for how you use it.

4. Responsibility for recordings

Since recordings are stored only on your device, you are solely responsible for keeping them. We recommend downloading important audio. We are not responsible for data loss caused by clearing the browser, device failures or uninstallation.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free or compatible with all browsers and devices. Recording depends on your browser's features, such as microphone access.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, including the loss of recordings or data.

7. Advertising and third-party links

The Site may display third-party ads, such as Google AdSense, and contain links to other sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or policies of those third parties. See our Privacy Policy to learn more about cookies and advertising.

8. Intellectual property

The name, design, text and code of the Site are protected by intellectual property rights. The audio you record belongs to you.
